worship guitar. Our unique system and

Worship Leaders, Christian guitar players,
and artists-- anyone who plays worship music on the guitar and wants to give
others a start in doing the same! Beginning students of all ages can learn
using the GM Method-- children, students, adults and Seniors. Most
students have never touched the guitar before their first GuitarMasters
class and simply want to play well enough to enjoy personal times of worship
or to lead praise songs in a small group or ministry setting.
What does GuitarMasters Provide?

Training--
in just four hours, you will learn HOW to teach others using the
GuitarMasters Method and how to begin your own "studio." Instructor
Training also shows you how to simplify publicity and administration so that
you spend most of your teaching time doing just that-- teaching guitar!
- Curriculum-- our 8-Week courses, Beginning Guitar 101, Intermediate Guitar 201 and Intermediate Guitar 202, have been tested and designed around the needs of the average beginner. Each course comes with weekly Video Coaching to help you prepare to teach each 45-minute class.
- Coaching-- as an active GuitarMasters Instructor, you will have all the support you need to get a successful start teaching guitar. Our Instructor Support includes the Instructor Website where you can download and customize publicity materials, graphics and business tools to suit your own needs and Phone Support for guidance from experienced GM Instructors.
- Community-- you'll join a growing community of like-hearted worship leaders and guitarists who are training a new generation of worship leaders. You'll regularly receive encouragement and new ideas from other Instructors to spur you on.
What are the Benefits of Teaching Guitar?

Kingdom Grows-- You'll be doing more than teaching chords and
strumming. Our curriculum is designed with discipleship in mind,
giving vision to students about how God might choose to use them to spread
His glory through the music they make. In addition, a portion of all
GM curriculum sales is given to support missions-- specifically, those who
are taking the Gospel into closed countries and cultures through worship
music.

Where do GM Instructors teach?
Our
Instructors teach classes in a variety of locations-- music stores,
churches, Christian bookstores, restaurants, private studios, schools...
any room with a few chairs and music stands will do! The choice is up
to you and can usually be secured for little or no overhead.
When do GM Instructors teach their classes?
Monday - Thursday afternoons between 4 and 7 pm are the most popular times for classes. Some Instructors offering 45-minute classes back-to-back one evening a week, and others schedule classes during the lunch hour for professionals, or during the day for home-schooled students. Again, the choice is up to you-- teach as much or little as you like.
As a GM Instructor, am I an employee of GuitarMasters?
No.
We are simply here to help you succeed at what God has already equipped and
called you to do. You operate your "studio" on your own terms and we
help you with the practical questions and needs all guitar teachers have at
the beginning.
